How can I pay at Boonstra?

You can only pay by bank transfer. It is also possible to pay by debit card at our location; cash payments are not allowed.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, the first installment must be at least 20% of the invoice amount. The remaining balance must be paid within two weeks, and the vehicle must also be collected within that period. We are entitled to charge storage costs if you do not comply with these terms.

When will I receive the paid deposit back?

VAT deposit outside the EU: you will receive the VAT deposit back as soon as you have sent us the Confirmation Of Exit within the specified period. You will receive this document from customs when importing the vehicle into your country. For the VAT deposit outside the EU, we receive a notification from customs stating 'exit confirmed'. That is the moment when we refund the deposit.

VAT deposit within the EU: you will receive the VAT deposit back as soon as we receive the fully completed CMR or transport declaration, along with a recognizable photo of the vehicle in your own country. It is important that both the vehicle and the location are recognizable (for example, by a logo on the company building, a location tag on your phone, etc.).

BPM deposit: you will receive the BPM deposit back once we have received the decision from the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Please note: we can only submit the BPM refund request if you have sent us the permanent registration of the vehicle within 10 weeks after export. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration then has a decision period of up to 12 weeks after receipt.

After receiving the documents mentioned above, we will actively process the payment to you.
