Buying, collection and delivery

Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about buying, collecting and delivering vehicles. If your question is not listed, please submit it via our contact form.

How can I buy a vehicle?

Choose a vehicle from our listings page and contact our sales team. They will record your details and send you a pro forma invoice. Once you pay at least 20%, the vehicle will be reserved for you. Full payment and collection must take place within two weeks.

Can I come and view a vehicle?

You can view vehicles during opening hours. Please call ahead to confirm availability. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle will not be sold to another buyer.

Can you deliver vehicles?

You can collect your vehicle after purchase, but Boonstra can also arrange delivery within the Netherlands by mutual agreement. The transport risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

Is assistance available for loading?

Two staff members will assist you, if possible with a forklift, depending on how busy we are. For loading heavy vehicles with a crane, you must make your own arrangements.

Can a transport company collect the vehicle?

Yes. An external transport company must register in writing, bring the pro forma invoice and have a correct CMR with the correct buyer details and our location.

Can private individuals also buy vehicles?

Yes, under trade conditions and without warranty.

Can I sell my vehicle?

You can sell your vehicle to Boonstra via our sales form. You will usually receive an offer within three working days.

Can I cancel a purchase?

Cancellation is possible, but no refund will be issued for payments already made.

Which countries does Boonstra not supply to?

Due to sanctions legislation, Boonstra cannot do business with Belarus and Russia. No exceptions will be made.
